Writing is therapy

If you are like me and have PTSD and Bipolar take up writing it will calm your nerves. I spend four to six hours a day writing because I am an author and I find whenever I get mania all I have to do is break out my tablet or phone or a pen and paper and start writing within thirty minutes I am calm again. It is my way of letting go you should try it don't know how to write stay tuned I will blog about how to write.
